To advance the struggle for liberation, PACA develops Strategic Partnerships that strengthen collective power and coordination. These partnerships may form around specific campaigns, issues, or shared political objectives, and can take shape either through bilateral collaborations with individual organizations or as part of a broader alliance of like-minded groups. Through these relationships, PACA works to align strategies, share resources, and build the united front necessary for lasting systemic change.
Affiliation refers to a formal, political relationship between Pan-African Community Action (“PACA”) and an organization, collective, or formation that shares PACA’s core political commitments and agrees to coordinated struggle under a mutually recognized framework.
A Strategic Partner is an organization, institution, or formation with which PACA collaborates on specific projects, campaigns, or material initiatives, without implying ideological unity or long-term political alignment.

The Black Alliance for Peace (BAP) seeks to recapture and redevelop the historic anti-war, anti-imperialist, and pro-peace positions of the radical black movement. Through educational activities, organizing and movement support, organizations and individuals in the Alliance will work to oppose both militarized domestic state repression, and the policies of de-stabilization, subversion and the permanent war agenda of the U.S. state globally.
PACA is a member organization of the BAP Alliance for Peace and a member of the BAP DC Citywide Alliance
